Wow. What an atmosphere. AWESOME. Shellene is a comfort when you need it and a coach to get you better. The people are very good at what they do. When i started I couldn't lift 2lbs to the side with my bad shoulder, now up to 8-10. Amazing. They make you feel part of their family. Even though I was in pain I enjoyed being there. JM
