Where are you Located?
Our Vernon Location is located across from KFC and Vantage One.
Our Fort McMurray location is located in the basement of the Maxx Dental office in between McDonalds and Tim Hortons in Thickwood.
Is there onsite Parking?
Yes both clinics have parking for clients. For Vernon you will turn down 31st street and turn into the back alley by the NOYFS building.
For our Fort McMurray location parking is located at the back of the Maxx Dental building, you can enter the clinic from the back or side doors and down the stairs.
Do you offer Direct Billing?
Yes we offer direct billing to most major insurers for majority of our physical therapy and massage therapy services.
Do I need a Dr. Referral?
No Dr. referral is needed to book in and see one of our therapists. However some insurance plans may require a Dr. note for coverage please check this before booking.
Ive been hurt at work, or in a vehicle accident can you still treat me?
Yes, We can treat MVA's and Workplace injuries. Please advise the staff at the time of booking and bring with you any information you have relating to the claim.
What do I need to bring with me to my appointment?
We ask that you bring indoor shoes/socks and either wear or bring a change of clothes that you feel comfortable in for the appointment. Keep in mind we will need access to the area of injury and your appointment may include movements.
Are there any government programs to help pay for the appointment?
Our Vernon location has MSP coverage for physio and massage. For eligible clients you may receive $23 for 10 combined visits.
Our Fort McMurray location in the only clinic in Fort McMurray with an Alberta Health Services contract. You can receive AHS funding if you are post-surgery, have a fracture or qualify for low-income funding.
