Kinesiology

Currently only offered out of the Fort McMurray Location

What is Kinesiology?

Kinesiology involves examining the dynamics of body movement and its impact on the body. A kinesiologist is proficient in guiding individuals to discover optimal body movements, enhancing muscle strength, and expanding range of motion. This field contributes to injury prevention, alleviation of pain, recovery from injuries, and, in certain instances, optimization of athletic performance.

Benefits of Kinesiology

Kinesiology, identifies and addresses physical muscle imbalances that contribute to pain and irregularities in the body. The evaluation of muscle strength helps alleviate physical and emotional discomfort, with imbalances potentially causing structural strain, muscle spasms, joint pain, reduced sports performance, and systemic health issues. Kinesiology aids the body in reacting to imbalances, prompting natural healing through muscle balancing techniques. Continuous monitoring focuses on stressed muscles. Additionally, Kinesiology analyzes structural and physical needs using natural methods. Identifying areas that may lead to health problems.

A customized workout plan designed to enhance overall health and well-being. The benefits of Kinesiology include promoting mental and physical health, addressing various ailments through holistic techniques, and achieving a balanced and sustainable life. Common issues such as depression, aches, osteoporosis, osteoarthritis, rheumatism, allergies, and digestive problems can be effectively addressed with Kinesiology.
