Enjoying the Journey!

Thanks for showing interest in our website! I am so grateful for all the opportunities I have created and that have come to me as an entrepreneur and Physical Therapist. I have always wanted to share my voice but have been limited by my own ideas that I have nothing to share that would be of interest - following the wisdom of Brené Brown, I am daring to be brave, so here goes!

Throughout the last year, change has been forced upon all of us and we have learned to navigate in ways we never imagined. Well done to everyone! Change is the one thing that we can always depend on...nothing stays the same. The idea that any of us thought we knew what the future would bring has been shattered over the last year and we have all learned to roll down this new path. As we have faced challenge, we have also seen growth. With growth, our comfort zone becomes a little less comfortable as we massage our thoughts to continue moving forward and appreciate the journey!

Our organization has been helping the community of Fort McMurray and the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo for almost 20 years! How did that happen so quickly? The amount this organization has taught me, humbled me, accelerated me and amazed me , is limitless - the last year being one of the best! My amazing team and clients have pushed us through 2020 and into 2021 with expansion and appreciation and we all are looking so forward to the future!!!!

We are entering into our next phase as an organization focusing on education, growth and opportunity for ourselves, our client and our communities. I pose the questions back to you : "What would you like to learn? How can the Clearwater Physical Therapy team help you as we delve into a new avenue of patient support and collaborative care?" We are here to help and WE GET RESULTS!
